Apple expands an American supplier chain with a $ 500 million commitment

Apple today announced a new commitment to $ 500 million with MP material, the only fully integrated manufacturer of rare countries in the United States. Apple and MP materials create the latest Texas Factory with a series of non -repair magnets specially designed for Apple Products. New equipment and technical capacity will allow MP materials to significantly increase its overall production. Once built, American magnets will be delivered across the country and around the world, helping to meet the growing global application of material. Increased production will support dozens of new jobs in advanced production and research and development. Both companies will provide extensive training for the development of labor, to build a brand new US talents fund and expertise in the field of magnet production.
